More than 3,300 graduates will participate in Western Kentucky University’s (WKU) Spring Commencement on May 8, marking a significant milestone for students and the university alike. The ceremony will celebrate the achievements of students completing their academic programs as they prepare to embark on their next ventures.

The commencement festivities will commence with the Topper Walk, which will take place starting from the Charles Hardcastle Kentucky Building to Houchens Industries-L.T. Smith Stadium. This spring and summer, WKU will confer a diverse array of degrees, including:

• 94 associate degrees
• 2,071 bachelor’s degrees
• 583 master’s degrees
• 50 doctoral degrees
• 15 specialist degrees
• 431 undergraduate certificates
• 112 graduate certificates

Commencement Ceremony Details
