In a separate incident earlier in the day, Bowling Green police responded to a noise complaint on West Poe Road around 12:57 p.m. Witnesses reported yelling, but the vehicle involved was gone by the time officers arrived. Later, at approximately 2:46 p.m., police were called to Wood County Hospital for a report of a possible altercation. A 17-year-old male was being treated for a serious head injury. He was involved in a physical confrontation with another male while traveling from Cleveland to Bowling Green—an altercation reportedly triggered when the other male woke up in the vehicle. Video footage captured the 17-year-old fighting outside the vehicle, with a female witness intervening. The teenager was arrested for domestic violence and taken to a juvenile detention facility.

Additionally, at around 1:55 p.m. on Saturday, police were called to the 200 block of Napoleon Road after a report of a female fleeing from a male suspect. Officers discovered the female victim had visible injuries, including scratches and marks on her arms and chest, and accused 47-year-old Ricky Borders Jr. of attacking her. Borders was arrested on charges of domestic violence without further incidents.

Another domestic violence situation was reported on Clough Street on Sunday evening at 5:31 p.m. Officers responded to a call where the suspect, Alysia Gordon, aged 33, initially claimed no assistance was needed and closed the door. However, evidence revealed that during a dispute, Gordon had thrown an aluminum bat and overturned a table. Video surveillance corroborated the aggressive behavior, resulting in her arrest for domestic violence.

Lastly, police received a domestic violence complaint on Sunrise Drive on Tuesday at approximately 7:44 p.m. The involved suspect, 41-year-old Shaun Reeves, allegedly pushed a juvenile against a garage door frame during a heated argument.
