Born in Dayton, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Harold and Clintontine “Tina” Paden. Dinsmore was also preceded in death by her stepfather, Marvin Steimla, and her two brothers, Ronnie and David Paden.

Dinsmore attended Wayne High School and later enrolled at Ohio State University before graduating from Western Kentucky University. After her education, she passionately worked with youth in the community, teaching 4H club members and inspiring a new generation through her guidance.

In partnership with her husband Wayne, Dinsmore operated The Lion and the Lamb Antiques in Auburn, showcasing their love for antiques and community engagement. Additionally, she was an active member of the Richpond Baptist Church, where she served as a Sunday School teacher. Her dedication to her faith was evident; she was described as a born-again Christian who loved the Lord and participated in Bible study groups regularly, studying the Bible for 1 to 4 hours daily.

Dinsmore is survived by her husband of 67 years, Wayne Dinsmore, and their three children: Peggy Sue Wallace, Dan Dinsmore, and Cindy Ann Johnson. She was also a proud grandmother to eight grandchildren: Aaron Wallace, Amy Wallace, Kristina Johnson, Ethan Johnson, William Dinsmore, and Evan Dinsmore, as well as four great-grandchildren: Jacob Cole, Ryan Wallace, Julian Ortiz, and Micah Wallace.

Her funeral service is scheduled to take place at 10 a.m. on Saturday at Richpond Baptist Church, located at 200 Brad Ave, Bowling Green, Kentucky. Burial will follow in Auburn Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 5-7 p.m. on Friday at the church and from 9-10 a.m. on Saturday.

The family has requested that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Richpond Baptist Church Building Fund. Funeral arrangements are being handled by Hardy & Son Funeral Home, Bowling Green Chapel.
